Sharron McColl, Local Studies Supervisor in Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries will be delivering a lecture entitled `Who was Andrew Carnegie?` in Duloch Library on Thursday 9th November at 6.30pm.
Having worked for the past 30 years, Sharron is ideally qualified to speak about the life of one of the world’s greatest ever philanthropists.
